We fell in love with Maine Coons back in 2013 — and spent ten years watching the breed, learning about their nature and character, before finally deciding to open our own cattery. In 2023, that dream became reality: Original Sun was born.
Our cattery is officially registered with TICA. All our cats live with us at home, as part of the family. For us, this is not a business — it is a way of life.
Why Maine Coons
A Maine Coon is not just a cat. They are companion animals with the temperament of a dog — loyal, curious, and remarkably intelligent. They follow you from room to room, respond to their name, and have a whole vocabulary of chirps, trills, and expressive looks.
Their appearance can be deceiving — a stern gaze, an imposing frame. But spend a little time with one and the truth becomes clear: behind that serious face lives one of the sweetest, most playful creatures imaginable. That contrast is exactly what won us over.

All our cats live with us — socialized from birth and comfortable around people and children.

We are based in Tbilisi. Kittens can be collected in person or shipped — we work with trusted pet relocation services to arrange safe international delivery.
